After receiving the first 24" samples of our Telescopic Nox Carbon stems we decided to alter it slightly before we start shipping. We rapidly decided that the camlocks were not upto the standards we were looking for. Scott Ellis our designer quickly got in touch with the factory, infact the very next day after Detectival he decided what we needed to improve things 100%.
The updated Stem will have a lockable lever clamp that will hopefully rest at its tip in the anti-rotation channel to aid strength even more. While we are changing things we decided to crop the length even more to 18" easier for transporting. New length will be same as one on the left in the picture 18" closed.
Hopefully these changes can be carried out swiftly. Our apologies for the delay but it has to be right.

Hi Kay, you can purchase direct from me hopefully at the same price the US dealer would charge. The only difference would be I will ask you to pay by Card using Stripe on the website in GB Pounds rather than dollars and also prefer people not to use paypal if possible because their commision is more than double what the card people charge us. We will not charge US customers the Brit Vat Tax extra so that will cover your shipping charge. About two weeks time they will be on our website hopefully.

I just purchased your collapsible shaft this week. One thing I am having difficulty with is the middle shaft slides too easy after locking it into place. Is there a solution to this problem??

Im hoping you havent tightened that middle clamp too tight and put a little crack in the carbon by the anti rotational channel. If you have pop the rods back and I will replace any that are cracked plus I will fit two of the new clamps on for you. If you are not in the UK email me and we will work out what we do from here,. Shipping charges to the states and back can be quite horrendous specially if they charge you customs duty. Check the corners of the anti rotational channel carefully for small cracks. If they are ok and sound I can post you two of the new glueless clamps that we are now using.
